1. Fragrance Design — Connecting Time and Space
In PARFUM SATORI, fragrance is not merely composed; it is architected to live in time and space. What began with the BASIC Collection established a philosophy of fragrance design — a guiding line through which scent rises, transforms, and quietly dissolves into silence.
A fragrance exists not as a line nor a surface, but as a three-dimensional form. Invisible molecules sketch contours in the air, shifting with the passage of time. When this movement flows in harmony, the fragrance becomes a melody. When it falters, a shadow of dissonance appears.
To design a fragrance is not to build layers of materials, but to create the space in which scent can breathe.

2. The Three Dimensions of Satori
| Collection | Essence | Focus |
|---|---|---|
| BASIC | Conception and Intuition | The original idea of fragrance |
| PREMIUM | Texture and Maturity | The harmony between material and air |
| EX (PARFUM EX) | Resonance and Silence | The fragrance at its point of stillness |
EX is not a higher concentration, but the destination of a fragrance’s path — from inspiration (BASIC), through refinement (PREMIUM), to silence (EX).

3. BASIC Collection — The Origin of Design
The BASIC Collection marks the beginning — each perfume a pure and architectural idea, clear in structure and alive with instinct. Fragrances close to daily life, yet each with its own independent story.

5. EX Collection — The Art of Disappearing
The EX (PARFUM EX) Collection is a reimagining of presence itself — not stronger, but subtler; not projection, but resonance.
Each formula is tuned to the Japanese climate and its humidity, allowing the scent to remain as an afterglow, like light dissolving into air.
Featured Works: BOTAN / HANA HIRAKU / SATORI / SOUBI / WASANBON
Impression: Resonance・Quietude・Introspection
6. Monologue — Philosophy in Fragrance Design
Perfume has long evolved through its encounters — with glass, with fashion, with art. But what happens when perfume meets philosophy?
In Japan, thought has often been practised, not spoken — expressed through calligraphy, tea, incense, flowers, and the martial arts. Meaning is conveyed not through theory, but through presence — through ma, the silence between.
Fragrance belongs to this lineage. It is philosophy before language, questioning existence and time in the invisible.
If there is a Japanese philosophy, it may be this: to be, without saying.
